RETURN, EXCHANGE & REFUND POLICY

At Jaffar Raza Studio, we are committed to providing you with the highest level of service and quality. While we hope you love your purchase, we do not offer returns or exchanges under normal circumstances. However, in the rare event of a quality issue, we do provide a conditional exchange.

If you receive a product that has a defect in quality or craftsmanship, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Once your query is received, our Quality Assurance Team will assess the issue and respond promptly. If a major fault is identified, we may offer an exchange or store credit for future purchases.

Exceptions

Please note that the following items are not eligible for return, refund, exchange or chargeback:

• Customized orders
• Discounted or promotional items

Refunds

Refunds will be processed 7-10 working days after the item inspection. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method (excluding the shipping cost).
